Small paperwork mistakes can have big consequences

Every country sets its own rules for pets: vaccines, tests, microchips, waiting periods, forms and endorsement steps, often in a strict order. Missing one detail can derail a trip you've planned for months.

We make sure the details are handled correctly and on time, so you can focus on your move.

  • Denied boarding because a document is missing or incomplete
  • Refused entry on arrival in the destination country
  • Unexpected fees for rushed corrections or rebooked travel
  • Quarantine or separation from your pet
How it works

Meet the founder

Hi, I'm Jessica Richards

I've spent years working hands-on with international pet travel, helping dogs and cats get the documents they need to cross borders with their families. I've seen how a single overlooked form or mistimed step can turn an exciting move into a stressful scramble, and how much peace of mind comes from knowing it's done right.

I'm a pet owner too. To me, pets aren't luggage; they're family. I started PetPass Global to give every family personal, expert guidance through the process, whether you're relocating, heading overseas for work, making a military move, or staying abroad for an extended time.

My mission: make international pet travel safer, simpler, and less stressful, so pets stay with their families.
FAQ

Common questions

Are you a veterinarian?

No. PetPass Global is a documentation and guidance service. Your own USDA-accredited veterinarian performs the exams, vaccinations and tests, and signs the official health certificate. We coordinate the process and paperwork around that.

Do I need to use a specific vet?

You can usually keep working with your own veterinarian, as long as they are USDA-accredited to sign international health certificates. If you're not sure, we can help you check.

What is VEHCS?

VEHCS is the USDA's Veterinary Export Health Certification System, the online system used to issue and endorse many export health certificates for pets leaving the United States.

When should I contact you?

As early as possible. Some destinations require vaccines, blood tests or waiting periods that must happen in a specific order well before travel. Reaching out early gives you the most options.

Which pets do you help with?

We focus on dogs and cats traveling or relocating internationally.

Do you book flights or transport my pet?

Our focus is documentation and compliance. We can explain what airlines commonly ask for, but flight booking and physical transport are arranged separately.

Can you guarantee my pet will be allowed entry?

No one can guarantee entry; final decisions are made by the USDA, airlines and destination authorities, and rules can change. What we do is work carefully to make sure your documents meet current requirements for your trip.

How much does it cost?

It depends on your destination, number of pets and timeline. Send us your details and we'll reply with a quote and recommended package. USDA endorsement fees are always included in that quote, so you won't pay or handle them separately.

Do I have to pay the USDA endorsement fee myself?

No. USDA endorsement fees are included in your PetPass Global quote. We submit and pay them as part of the service, so there's nothing separate for you to pay or handle.

Where are you located?

PetPass Global is home-based and works remotely, so we can help clients wherever they are.
